Welcome to Leiva Clothing Manufacturer Limited. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Orders & Customization

All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications. Clients must confirm all design details, sizes, colors, and packaging instructions before production begins. We are not responsible for errors once production has started.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days. A deposit of 30–50% is required to initiate production. Full payment must be completed before shipment.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQ may vary depending on the product type and customization level. Leiva reserves the right to adjust MOQs at any time based on fabric availability or production constraints.

4. Sample Policy

Sample development may incur charges. Sampling lead time typically ranges from 5–10 business days. Bulk production will only begin upon sample approval in writing.

5. Production Timeline

Estimated delivery times range from 15–35 business days after final approval, depending on order size and complexity. Delays caused by fabric shortages or external factors are not grounds for cancellation or penalties.

6. Quality Assurance

All goods are inspected following AQL standards. If a product defect is found, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Designs provided by the client remain their property. Leiva will not use or share client designs without written consent. We also respect copyright laws and will not reproduce trademarked content without proper licensing.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are sourced or production has started. Customized goods are not eligible for return unless defective.

9. Limitation of Liability

Leiva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product or service provided. Liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in that region.
